While asking such question you should also provide your current status. Whether you are a fresher and looking for job or you are already working in a small company in some other technologies and you want to move in java in some MNC. I guess you are a fresher and you don’t have any job, recent passout and I will try to answer based on that.
- If you did not get job in campus recruitment then it’s going to be tough , so be ready for that.
- Competition is very high. For one opening you will see 100–1000 people are giving interview. So you need to prepare that way so that you can be the one.
- Off campus recruitment for fresher are done mostly in small companies. MNC does not recruit fresher off campus (very rare).
- You need to have good knowledge in Algorithm, Data structure and Core java. You will find many online portal and books for these
- You need to be very good in programming . You need to practice programming everyday for several hours. Try geeksforgeeks , hackerearth,hackerrank online programming protals.
- Daily upload your resume in job portals and company websites, also on Jobs – Recruitment – Job Search – Employment – Job Vacancies – Naukri.com and keep updating your profile on regular basis.
- You may see failures in interviews and you will get confused why you got rejected . Analyze your week points and work on that .
